Did anyone else see this ruling by the Indiana State Supreme Court? This seems like an extremely dangerous precedent to set, and utterly ridiculous from a pragmatic view.
As I am no legal expert whatsoever, my question is can a ruling like this be challenged at the Federal Supreme Court level? I just don't know how the process works in a situation where a state supreme court has made a ruling? I know they wouldn't have to hear it, just curious if it can be offered.
