Considering his record and the schools to which he's recruited as head coach (Miami, FSU), Hamilton has to be one of most effective college recruiters of all time. He keeps getting quality kids despite a mediocre record. Even if he's "pushing the envelope" the ability to keep getting kids year after year is pretty amazing. Just glad he's not targeting Tyler Polley...yet.
