we are just not coached well. Butch lacks self-awareness. The best don't double down on stubbornness and cling to "5-0 is all that matters" mentality and don't recognize the flaws and try to fix them.
It's like he has all the negatives of Fulmer but lacks the presence and sort of institutional respect that a coach like a Fulmer had/has. Sure Fulmer wasn't a great football mind, and no big programs or NFL teams wanted to poach him or hire him after he left, but hell at least Fulmer won a national title and 2 SEc championships before getting stubbornly complacent.
