Looking ahead to 2017: Can we depend on Thomas at C?

Prior to this season, I thought Thomas had a chance to become an All-SEC type center for us. Now I'm not so sure. I know the injuries have made things more difficult for him, but IIRC he was pretty healthy going into the Bama game. He got DESTROYED against them and it's got me questioning whether or not he's our best option moving forward.

What other options do we have? Who will be his primary backup next year if he's the starter? I could see us sliding Boulware or Jones to center, but that's just me throwing darts in the dark. It'll be interesting to see how the coaches move guys around to make the most of talents like Tatum, Niehaus, Johnson, and Trey Smith.
