DT's, QB's and RB's from the Tri-Cities, Knoxville and Chattanooga area (Bradley, McMinn, Meigs, Rhea County etc...). It would be nice to to finally have some 5 star, cannot miss DT's, RB, and QB's from areas that almost always go to Tennessee. This is what our competition has year after year in their back yards which also means they will be higher rated than us in rankings. There are to many good football programs within 90 minutes of Knoxville to not turn out these types of players. UT obviously missed on Higgins but Mays will be the first 5 star OL in this area during the past X years. Where is the 5 star DT, RB and QB from a 90 minute radius to Knoxville in 2018 or 2019? This is one reason the UT job today is tough since when CJM and CPF coached these areas produced multiple commitments every year and several would make low 5 star ratings in today's system.
