My theory adds up in my head...
1. We know now that going into this year Hurd had questions about the scheme and his role.
2. He vocalizes his desire to make a change position wise at some point in the season. Early on.
3. He is legitimately hurt in the UGA game. I fully buy into this.
4. Kamara's performance in the A&M game solidifies his desire to want to move positions for both the team and his development.
5. The Alabama game goes sideways in a hurry and Kamara is hurt.
6. Because the lack of depth at RB, he continues to play there.
I have zero doubts this has been an internal struggle throughout this year. The guy doesn't say "I'm transferring to play another position" out of the blue.
If what I'm thinking is even remotely the truth the coaching staff is unbelievable for not splitting him out or at least involving him in different ways to both A. Keep him happy and B. Legitimately show some flex scheme wise.
What do you all think?
