1992 - Senior year on the Hill for me. We were ranked 7th and high flying behind Heath Shuler. Vols win a shootout. I think Tommy Hodson was LSU QB. Great game.
2001 - By far my worst night/game/experience as a Vol alum and fan. This night ended the Tennessee dynasty of the 90's, we lost our opportunity to play in the Rose Bowl (already had hotel reserved), elevated Nick Saban on the coaching stage, and begun the gradual decline of Fulmer. Looking back, this night was the swing event for the beginning of Tennessee struggles and the last 20 year malaise. Yes we were back in SECC twice but not as national title contenders.
2005 - Katrina game. Season was off to underwhelming start. What a come back. Ainge was helpless in first half and Clausen led us back for the W. Great night.
2006 - Jamarcus Russell literally stealing a late win in Neyland with some questionable calls. Very questionable.
2017 - The storm. The Brady Hoke tenure. Awful game.
2022 - Let's go! I will be there loud and proud. Time for a Vol W.
