More convinced now the ship is sinking and it is too far gone to save it. There is absolutely 0 confidence from mods that this is going to get turned around with current staff and no money or targets to go after anyone else. It appears we’ll make staff changes and pay more buyouts at that level and others will look to leave on their own. That will leave us with multiple openings and we will be asking the rats to jump on board the sinking ship. As bad as it is right now I don’t think we are close to bottoming out as sad as that is to say.
