I don't care much for Holly as a coach, but I'm hoping they either make a Sweet 16 run or crash and burn. Holly has one more year on her contract. If it's not extended, it's harder to recruit, if it is extended we're stuck wit her a while longer. Phil is going to have to make a tough decision either way. JMHO, but we need a coaching change, sooner rather than later. Not sure who we can get, but whoever it is won't have to follow directly behind Pat. I suspect Phil has a short list of potential hires just in case.
