When I started to hear the Hurd concerns and some just plain old beauty shop type gossip from some on here and elsewhere....I started to think about how EB dealt with a much bigger issue. As we reach this bridge crossing time for the team ...I am reminded again.

Many on here do not know but I had a battle in 2014... I am doing good, battle won....war still out there.
The words by Eric Berry precisely stated the lesson my father taught me as he battled cancer.
Anytime you battle adversity. Deal with it. Don't waller in it. Move on.
This lesson works in all situations ....including football, family or work.
ID the problem.
Know all you can know about the problem
Look at all options.
For me---- pray...and listen.
Make the decision.
Move on.
This would be a good lesson for Coaches, players, former players, VFL, media and fans.
