I would be surprised if UT & Tyndall's attorney aren't trying to negotiate a settlement. UT shouldn't roll the dice that just the letter of allegation means he can be fired for cause. I would rather give him some money to walk away than risk losing a lawsuit. Jim O'Brien wins millions from Ohio State when he was fired for NCAA allegations, then won a lawsuit for breach of contract. I'm sure Tyndall's lawyers will be happy to get this settled here and set their sights on defending him against the allegations. I would be surprised if Tyndall's lawyers don't due the NCAA, and wins, everyone that sues them wins. I would be shocked if Tyndall is still our coach this time next week.
