Anybody else get the feeling that JRM knows he's hurt and is going to need surgery, and the staff knows it as well, but they are just trying to squeeze every snap out of him in this tough stretch until Kirkland gets back? Would think when DK comes back, JRM will go under the knife. I could be wrong, but that's just what it looks like.
