Live out here in San Diego. Every complex out here has rules against having Rots, dobermans, pits, and the like. These middle easterners directly below us have a rot that they have snuck in and only allow on their porch to go out. Some days when the wind blows right all we can smell is dog pee and poop on our patio to the point you almost can't use it. Do you bust them out to the apartment complex or go on about business without? We paid a premium for neighborhood and niceness of complex for context. This isn't a place in the hood.
