How's the shopping down there compared to say...Myrtle Beach? Yes, I know the beach itself is nicer, from viewing the pics. I'll be traveling with women so...their ability to gallivant and browse stores close together helps me out quite a bit.
How is the general vibe down there? Peaceful and serene or spring-breakish? I'll be going next June, planning early. There are areas in Dirty Myrtle that seem...well...like parts of Gatlinburg but with more annoying cliques of troublemakers. Do I need to pack heat? lol. Kidding but you get the point.
