More big news coming for Downtown Knoxville and the surrounding landscape. This new development is eyeing The North Knox Waterfront just across from the new Regal Headquarters and Riverwalk At The Bridges Luxury condos. This would be the 3rd project to add another dimension to the small Knoxville skyline within the last few years (To go along with the new 9 story Hotel development off S. Gay St and the 6 Story Regas Square Development at the end of N. Gay St. which are both currently under construction now)
Caveat to add: The South Knox Waterfront and all of the new construction (Regal HQ, Riverwalk at the Bridges, 303 Flats) looks great. I drove by everything yesterday and that side of the River is completely transforming and is turning into something that Knoxville residents are going to be really proud about moving forward. The future for downtown continues to look really good.
