New Flats and Taps heading to West Town

So I guess the people at Central Taps and Flaps have bought out Brixx west Hills and are going to be opening West Hills Taps and Flats. They already have their liquor license and have it posted at the entrance. Hearing they want it open by Sept 1. Think it's a pretty good thing for beer in West Knoxville
