New Ford F-150.......all aluminum body question?

Since GQ turning into a auto swap and shop, I'm about to trade my 1997 F150. I know the aluminum bodies are lighter and get better gas mileage but heard that fender bender repairs are costly and require special body shops? Anyone on here own an aluminum body F150?
