Braves brought in Strider and he was absolutely throwing gas. Hits 100 back to back pitches and announcer says, “there’s some of that heat right there.”
Color guy - “we used to get really excited about 100 MPH and now it’s like okay, alright.”
Announcer - “you’re starting to see 102, 103 at the college level.”
Color guy - “Yeah Ben Joyce at Tennessee.”
Announcer - “feels like half of UT’s team can throw 100 MPH.”
I think it’s safe to say we’re the talk of college baseball.
