There were 8 states that didn't ever have a lockdown because of the Coronavirus! North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Wyoming, Utah, Iowa, Oklahoma, and Arkansas. How did that work out for them compared with Tennessee? I realize that some of these states are wide open but others like Oklahoma, Iowa and Arky have good populations too! Did these states have outbreaks that crippled them?
