Such a sad and preventable situation that cost 9 lives, honestly had a hard time watching it knowing the outcome, kind of the same feeling I had when I watched the Payne Stewart episode from a few years ago. I know it's been discussed on here before, and the conclusion was that it was pilot error, got himself into a dangerous situation and then spatial disorientation took over.
