Knoxville is Oak Ridge the least pro-UT town/city?
It certainly has the most transit demographics due to the National Labs, etc. I am sure eventually some of the Oak Ridgers become UT fans but most of the population probably 75% comes from other parts of the country and have zero affliation with UT.
Tee's parents (and Tee) seemed to be fans of the Big Orange, and sometimes kids and their parents like to "rebel". Not sure if this is not what happened here or if the family just decided the opportunities for a WR to shine were at WRU versus the once great WRU.
