Haven’t spent 1 min watching Iowa’s defense. So no clue what their strengths/weaknesses are……..which I’m sure will factor heavily into our game plan.
That said, anyone have a clue what our offense will look like w Nico starting?
We were run heavy all year, w crappy bubble screens. We abandoned deep shots. Abandoned anything over the middle. Abandoned mid range throws consistently.
Seemingly we just abandoned our offense.
So that said- any thoughts/ hopes of what we’ll see vs Iowa?
I’m hoping Nico’s accuracy opens the playbook up more. Hoping tempo looks better. Hoping he pulls and runs when needed.
I’m not expecting Hooker out there, but even a glimpse of the old offense ought to shoot electricity through the fan base.
