Lot's of guys first time, full time, in their designated positions (Helton, Niedermeyer, Weinke) or still early in their career coaching their current position (Johnson). Truly only one guy that seems to be a no brainer on paper (Friend).

Just a boom or bust scenario, imo. Whereas the Defense is full of experienced coaches at their positions, although you do still have a first time DC and young coach for corners.
