I understand that SAE's in a lot of places may, shall we say, lack racial sensitivity, but being caught in a viral video singing that no (n word) will ever be an SAE cannot be encouraging to players and recruits, the overwhelming majority of whom are black.
I would doubt it would affect the morale of the team significantly, but don't you think Charlie Strong just might mention the fact to guys when recruiting against them?
