Do you guys feel that this is truly a read option offense? I have wondered for 3 years why our QBS will not keep the ball more. I believe that Dobbs and even Worley would have had twice the yardage as they have had if so . There seems to be a lane open around the end a lot when he hands it off. I'm starting to think the play is called to either hand off or called to keep it. If we are going to run from this formation successfully the qb needs to read that play. A third option would be to throw a quick slant. Otherwise if we are just going to called direct plays then just run from the I formation with a lead blocker. Am I off base here because I really hope so!
