OK, I agreed without reading thoroughly, but as several posters have noted this likely has been going on awhile. I will say that I hope Rivals and Yahoo have their liability insurance paid up. I check my credit union and credit card accounts very frequently. If I see anything suspicious, Rivals and Yahoo will be on the top of the list of suspects I report to authorities.
