Is how easy it is to root for them. Yes, there are kids that have had issues like Alexis Johnson, but they are few and far between. Obviously, I don't know the kids personally, but they seem to be a really good group of guys with their heads on straight. You have team leaders like Dobbs, JRM, Kamara, and Sutton.
I think Butch deserves a ton of credit for building that. Championships or not, that's not an easy thing to accomplish and he should be proud of it.
