B) Hurd is transferring and switching positions
I know both of these can be true at the same time, they are just really confusing. If you have an issue with the scheme, OK, then transfer to a school that fits it. But to transfer schools AND change positions??? Either he is an incredibly confused and frustrated person or there is something bigger amiss.
