I've noticed there is very little data that I find on total test done. I'm kind of a numbers guy, so for me it's important to have all data to determine course of action moving forward.
I bring this up because I notice in Tennessee alone there is a 92.5 % negative rate all test reported.
Some may argue that this percentage doesn't matter, but it does when determining the rate, accuracy, projection of spread and possible duration of the virus.
Not an expert but just trying to understand why a positive number like 92.5 % negative test results are not consider to be a good thing or reported on as much.
Now I understand no news sales like bad news so maybe that is my answer!
