Some guy named G. Hamilton is reporting that Osbourne may be moving off his late August timeline to possibly announce as soon as Next Week. Texas or VOLS seem to be the sentiment there. In his defense he says :Osbourne is keeping communication close to the vest" but people around him are speaking.
