I originally wanted to own rentals but I've heard horror stories about tenants, payment, legal matters, etc. and recently heard some success stories, even from an owner who has some here in Nashville.
Any Air BNB owners on here that can give me pointers on where to get started? What's some good locations to look into?
My initial thought was something for traveling nurses since there seems to be a need in that market, and could be long term rentals instead of days at a time.
