OT: any suggestions for Bar Harbor/Acadia National Park??

super excited about trip to Bar Harbor/Acadia National Park next month — father son trip — flying into Boston then renting a car and driving to Bar Harbor — any suggestions and/or must sees?? recommendation of places to stay?? I know I want to do Cadillac Mountain and the beehive hike and eat plenty of good seafood — any ideas would be greatly appreciated
