OT: charbroil infrared vs weber genesis

Guys

Comparing a 4 burner charbroil infrared for $450 to the weber genesis s330 at $950.

The weber definitely is higher quality and the stainless interior appeals to me ; but how important is infrared? In concept, I like the thought of infrared, but reviews I've read have been questionable.
