is their a more inept, incompetent, overpriced, piss poor excuse for a cable provider than these guys. im in Kingsport and I have outages all the damn time. they show up and its like applying a bandaid to a bleedout in the brain. I call and I end up speaking to Lupe in El Salvador which , and you guessed it,,leads to nothing. wha
