Have Toshiba external hard drive that all of a sudden has slowed to a crawl. It’s only about half full so storage isn’t the issue. I can eventually get it to open files but what used to take about 10 seconds now takes over an hour or longer. Also trying to copy folders to another drive isn’t working. It’s not the cable because it works for the other drive. Any suggestions?
