My daughter and son in law have made great progress using crossfit in about 4 months? Anyone have thoughts on the program for older, healthy folks? I've seen some positive reviews when researching but they could be from gym owners for all I know. Early fifties, healthy, probably 30lbs to lose and have always been athletic. I like the shorter timed workouts and would like to improve in all common fitness areas. Appreciate the feedback. GBO.
