How is it that this company is completely incapable of hiring anyone who actually gives a damn about the experience they are providing to the customer. Friend just had her flight cancelled and called me for help getting it figured out. I hear her explain that she lives two hours away and can't just go home. I then hear the woman at the counter say "well, sometimes that's what happens when you travel." She then offered to change her flight to 11:30 the next morning.
This is when it gets ridiculous. I search ATL departures and find three later flights that fit her flight plan. Two of them have availability. The woman just hadn't mentioned them. Incredibly incapability.
