What are you paying & what package do you have? I am month-to-month, not currently under contract, have been a customer for 5 years. Called today to see what they would offer me. Got the “loyalty” department (assume this was not retentions); they offered to keep me in the Ultimate package for $90 after charges for DVR & two mini-genies. Also offered to upgrade me to the HR54 or HS17 Genie 2 if I agreed to a two year contract. The $90 goes up significantly in months 13-24, though I am sure I could renegotiate at that point and maybe get a little discount.
