I'm the GM for my son's team (I think the dad's have more fun with it than the sons do). We are in a 10 player league with traditional scoring. We didn't invest in a QB and instead went the way of RBs and WRs. Here's the roster and I just made a trade:

QB: Tannehill, Alex Smith (and picked up Dak Prescott)
RB: Gurley, Ingram, Hill (and picked up Blount last week)
WR: Jordy, Hopkins, Marvin Jones, Edelman, Davante Parker
TE: Olsen
Def: Rams

I obviously was not going to keep 3 QBs and I was trying to go a week or two to see who would perform and just guess on who would be best long term answers. With Dak having a good week, I thought he might be good trade bait.

So, I traded Dak and Ingram for Devonte Freeman (who I know has question marks with Coleman getting some of his snaps). I used the freed up roster spot to pick up McKinnon as he should get a lot of snaps going forward.

Now the question becomes do I hang on to these RBs and just ride them as long as they'll take me or try to deal for a better QB or just live with what we have? Alex Smith was great week 1 and pitiful week 2. Tannehill had a great week 2 in their comeback attempt vs Patriots. Neither are consistent.
