OT: Farragut or Maryville?

Stars have finally aligned with work and wife that I can move back home to East Tennessee. Looking at Maryville or Farragut. I'm interested in opinions on those two areas. I have been away almost 20 years. Narrowed it down to these two areas because of neighborhoods, schools (two kids in elementary) and proximity to airport.
