OT/for our health folks in the know...question

When will health care..elective procedures, testS, biopsies, mammograms...when will those things be open again? Watching news and can see this is not hospital based stuff, it is more. I understand the original issues of PPE and ventilators. And know those first projections were based on models and data with errors....
