Need help with an Initial move at the start of my downswing. I’ve gotten into a terrible habit of dropping my trail shoulder, and the club getting behind me. I’ve been able to deal with this in my driver and even irons, but I shank anything from 50-80 yards because the club is just lagging so far behind and the heel is exposed. I’m not athletic with my lower body, have had back surgery at age 20, so starting my downswing with my lower half is extremely difficult. Any tips are greatly appreciated.
