OT: Gonna have 4 hours to waste near Times Square on Saturday am. Advice?

Going to NYC for 6 days with family and friends but turns out I'll get there a few hours before everyone else.

Any suggestions on what to do for a few hours while I wait? Quick lunch spots? Places to walk around? Etc.

We're going to do all of the main stuff together but trying to figure out what to do while I wait. TIA.
