Cleaned my truck out a few weeks ago and got pulled over and didn't have my proof of insurance in there.
They said they'll drop it if I show up to court with proof of ins. but I gotta get my name on a docket? So does this mean I gotta appear in front of a judge? What's the process here?
I've never had very many driving issues so I'm not sure what to expect. If I get there right when they open, do I need to expect this to be an all morning type of thing? Or does it move rather quickly?
Also, would it be in my best interest to dress up? I mean is khakis and a jacket okay?
