I currently have a Weber Genesis and a Rec Tec. Thinking about getting rid of them and going with a Weber Performer. I love the Rec Tec for butts and the Genesis because it’s quick.
Can the Weber Performer replace them? I mainly cook chicken, steaks and burgers. Then occasionally ribs and butts.
