OT: Help with this weekend on the smoker

I’m looking to do a trial run of a picnic ham to see if it is Thanksgiving and/or Christmas worthy. Does anyone know where to get a boneless pork shoulder around the West Knoxville/Farragut area? Everywhere I’ve been to, I can only find a bone-in shoulder, but I would like to brine a boneless one and be able to slice right through the whole thing.
