OT Home remodeling?

I am looking for someone in the Knoxville area to lay some hardwood flooring and install a kitchen island and some other small remodeling things. Anyone know of anyone good and affordable that they would recommend I understand the average price is 3-4 dollars a square foot to lay the flooring just want someone reasonable and good quality as I plan to do a lot of demo myself. Any recommendations would be helpful I have had several estimates but not anyone that I have been blown away with either way to high or just don't get good vibes from them
