My 10 year old house in Franklin is 2,400 square feet with separate heating units for upstairs and down. My downstairs unit stopped working and was just told it has a cracked heat exchanger (gas was turned off). I'm leaning toward replacing the unit which was estimated to run me around five grand (their salesman is going to get in touch). Thanks in advance for any input or advice.
