was suppose to have a Carriers 16.5 variable speed infinity series unit installed tomorrow. Was just called and told that a part for the furnace was not sent and it would be next week before it came in and could be installed. They offered to go ahead and install a dual fuel heat pump/ furnace. Should I let them or wait for the other part? They said the Seer would not change. Thank you for any direction.
