OT: HVAC Replacement in Mid TN

Looks like my upstairs unit has finally gone out after 14 years. 2400 sq. ft. house, split unit downstairs, smaller unit upstairs. What should I be expecting to fork out to replace the upstairs unit? Never done this before.
